The HF-IT-205 Wireless High & Low Voltage CT Ratio Tester consists of a dedicated high-voltage wireless detector, low-voltage current clamp, optional low-voltage flexible coil, main unit, high-voltage insulating stick and monitoring software.
It performs online measurement of current, transformation ratio, phase identification, polarity and leakage current of high and low voltage primary and secondary circuits. It is widely applied in substations, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, inspection stations and electrical maintenance departments for current testing, power anti-theft inspection and field electrical work.

The current clamp adopts special alloy, CT technology and magnetic shielding technology to guarantee high precision, high stability and high reliability for long-term continuous monitoring.
It supports large storage capacity and can save up to 3000 groups of test data.
The main unit is equipped with a large LCD screen and provides a user-friendly human-machine interface.
The monitoring software supports real-time online monitoring and historical data query.

Operating Procedures for Wireless CT Ratio Tester

  1. Install batteries into the main unit and high-voltage wireless detector, switch on all devices.
  2. Mount the high-voltage detector on the insulating stick and clamp it onto the primary high-voltage conductor.
  3. Attach the low-voltage current clamp to the secondary CT circuit.
  4. Establish wireless communication between the detector and the host.
  5. Set test parameters, start measurement to read ratio, phase and polarity data.
  6. Save test records. After testing, power off all equipment and remove clamps.
