It is widely applied in circuit breaker manufacturers, third-party calibration institutions, state grid power corporations and other entities.
Formulated based on GB1984-2014 High-Voltage Alternating Current Circuit Breakers, DL/T846.3-2017 domestic power industry standards, this testing system delivers reliable dynamic analysis for all types of circuit breakers. It accurately measures mechanical characteristic parameters of oil circuit breakers, vacuum breakers, SF6 high-voltage breakers across all voltage classes.

Main Features & Functions

  1. Built-in adjustable DC power supply module with output range DC 6V~270V and maximum current 20A. It completes closing/opening coil operating voltage tests and low-voltage actuation tests (manual & automatic trigger modes) for 24V/15A breaker coils.
  2. Comes standard with linear transducers, rotary angle transducers, mounting brackets and multi-functional fixed adapters for quick, easy installation.
  3. Records all operation data & curves of breakers, displays test data and waveforms simultaneously. It supports 12 channels to measure opening/closing time, asynchronous period, bounce times, overtravel, rebound stroke, closing speed, maximum speed, average speed and coil parameters; extra travel sensors can be connected to calculate motion speed of other circuits.
  4. Compatible with all domestic & imported switches: SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical apparatus, vacuum switches and oil circuit breakers.
