HF-BT-401 DC Charger Tester

Designed in accordance with national specifications for Operation and Maintenance Code of DC Power Supply, this tester conducts detection and tests for chargers and battery packs of various capacities. It can accurately measure parameters such as voltage stabilization accuracy, current stabilization accuracy and ripple coefficient of substation DC power supply systems.

Comprehensive Test Function

It displays measured DC current, DC voltage, AC voltage and ripple voltage, and calculates voltage stabilization accuracy, current stabilization accuracy, voltage-stabilized ripple coefficient and current-stabilized ripple coefficient.

Voltage Stabilization Accuracy Measurement

It measures voltage stabilization accuracy when the AC input voltage varies within ±10% of rated voltage, the load current ranges from 0 to 100% rated value, and the DC output voltage is set at any value within the adjustment range.

Current Stabilization Accuracy Measurement

It measures current stabilization accuracy when the AC input voltage varies within ±10% of rated voltage, the output current is any value between 20% and 100% rated value, and the charging voltage changes within the specified adjustment range.

Ripple Coefficient Measurement

The ripple coefficient is defined as half the difference between peak and valley values of pulsating components in the DC output voltage of the charger, divided by the average DC output voltage. The tester calculates voltage-stabilized ripple coefficient and current-stabilized ripple coefficient accordingly.

Battery Discharge Function

Digital-controlled constant-current discharge. It realizes real-time voltage monitoring of single cell and the whole battery pack automatically. It displays DC current, DC voltage and discharge time, and calculates discharge capacity.

Automatic Protection Function

Automatic protection is triggered by four threshold alarms: low protection voltage of battery pack and single cell, discharge capacity and discharge time.

Data Analysis Function

Systematic analysis of measured data can be realized via supporting PC software.
