HF-IT-202 Variable Frequency Instrument Transformer Tester
The Variable Frequency Instrument Transformer Tester adopts variable frequency testing technology to comprehensively detect excitation, winding and error characteristics of CT and VT. It delivers high precision measurement, greatly adapting to on-site power inspection and laboratory calibration requirements.
Send your requirements, we will quote for you within 12 hours
Users only need to finish simple parameter setting for transformers; the tester automatically records full-process test data, calculates and displays transformation ratio & volt-ampere characteristic curves automatically. It eliminates tedious manual work including wiring replacement, manual voltage regulation, manual data recording, sorting and curve plotting.
On-site calibration of current transformers requires no standard current transformers, current boosters, load boxes, voltage control cabinets or heavy high-current cables. Simple wiring and operations enable CT calibration, which greatly reduces labor intensity and improves working efficiency. It is ideal for on-site transformer calibration with advantages of fast speed, simplicity, high accuracy and convenience.
Features & Main Functions
- It fulfills all test requirements for various CTs (protection, metering, TP class): excitation (volt-ampere) characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary burden, ratio error & phase error. It also tests excitation features, transformation ratio, polarity and secondary winding resistance for all types of electromagnetic PTs.
- Automatically captures knee-point voltage/current, 10% & 5% error curves, ALF, FS, secondary time constant Ts, remanence coefficient Kr, saturated & unsaturated inductance and other CT characteristic parameters.
- Complies with international & national standards including GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6) and GB1207; it automatically selects applicable test modes according to transformer type and class.
- Adopts advanced low-frequency test principle, supporting CT tests up to 400kV high-voltage grade.
- Extremely easy operation: one-key completion of CT winding resistance, excitation, ratio and polarity tests. Except burden measurement, all items adopt identical wiring scheme.
- User-friendly full Chinese graphical interface with built-in panel printer to print curves and test data on demand.
- Large-capacity memory stores over 2000 groups of test data with permanent data retention.
- Test data can be exported to USB flash drive for post-processing analysis on computers and automatic WORD report generation.
- Built-in knee-point automatic calculation, data screening & printing, date and time display functions.
- Integrated compact design, net weight only 8.2kg, lightweight and portable for mobile field tests.
