Transformer Energy Efficiency Tester is an all-in-one test instrument for 10kV distribution transformers. It can measure load loss, no-load loss, zero-sequence impedance and transformer capacity, and accurately identify energy efficiency grades of oil-immersed and dry-type transformers including amorphous alloy types. Equipped with built-in three-phase inverter power, harmonic analysis, data storage and printing functions, it supports single-phase and three-phase measurement, portable for factory inspection and field substation testing.
Product Features
- Load Loss MeasurementIt displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current and three-phase power, and automatically calculates the percentage of transformer impedance voltage, as well as load loss converted to rated temperature and rated current. It can automatically identify core types of oil-immersed and dry-type distribution transformers, with adaptive alarm prompts during testing for convenient field operation.
- No-load Loss Measurement The tester shows three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase power and the distortion rate of applied power waveform. It automatically computes no-load current and waveform-distortion-corrected no-load loss under rated voltage, and displays core models of oil-immersed or dry-type distribution transformers.
- Energy Efficiency Grade MeasurementIt accurately measures and judges energy efficiency grades of 10kV distribution transformers. For oil-immersed transformers, it supports loss testing of S22 (electrical steel strip) and SH25 (amorphous alloy); for dry-type transformers, it covers SCB18 (electrical steel strip) and SCBH19 (amorphous alloy).
- Single-phase MeasurementSuitable for checking single-phase transformer defects or field sites without three-phase power supply. It records three groups of single-phase test data and calculates no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage and load loss according to different transformer connection groups.
- Zero-sequence Impedance MeasurementApplicable to transformers with star-connected high-voltage windings and neutral leads. It records zero-sequence impedance, zero-sequence reactance, zero-sequence inductance, impedance angle and zero-sequence resistance.
- Capacity MeasurementBuilt-in rechargeable lithium battery and three-phase sine-wave inverter power supply with auto-adjustable output voltage, soft start and soft stop functions. It measures transformer capacity and identifies model without external power, while displaying impedance voltage and load loss converted to rated temperature and rated current.
- Expandable Measuring RangeDirect measurement within the built-in range; external voltage and current transformers can be connected for extended range. The transformation ratio of external VT and CT can be set, and actual applied voltage and current values are displayed directly.
- Harmonic Analysis FunctionMeasures harmonic content ratio and total harmonic distortion rate, with original waveform and bar chart display.
- Large-screen LCD DisplaySimultaneously displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase power, average three-phase voltage, average current, total three-phase power and other relevant data on one screen. Chinese menu and prompts deliver simple operation.
- Dual AC/DC Power SupplyAdaptively powered by built-in lithium battery or 220V AC charger.
- Intelligent Charging ManagementReal-time remaining power display, low battery alarm and automatic backlight adjustment for power saving.
- Non-volatile Clock & Multi-mode Data StorageBuilt-in clock with date display. Two storage modes: local storage for up to 200 test records (transferable to USB flash drive) and USB storage in editable Word format for PC editing and printing.
- Thermal Printing FunctionFast and silent on-site report printing.
- User-friendly Human-machine InterfaceReal-time USB connection status indicator on the top status bar; clear pop-up reminders when operating disconnected peripherals.
- Compact & Lightweight DesignSmall size and light weight for easy transportation and field use.
