Main Control Board with ARM CPU The main control board uses a high-performance ARM CPU manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It features stable performance, high frequency and rich functions. A dual-CPU redundant design is adopted during discharge. The primary CPU processes commands, while the secondary CPU handles alarm monitoring and process control. In emergencies, both CPUs lock output simultaneously. If one CPU fails in command operation, the other can cut off output to ensure test safety and reliability.
Presettable Discharge Parameters Built-in multiple common discharge templates for parameter configuration of different batteries. Template data can be retained after power failure. Tests can start immediately after power-on without repeated parameter setting to simplify operation.
Professional Analysis Software Simultaneously displays voltage & current curves, single-cell battery bar charts and data tables. It can automatically generate reports in Excel/Word formats, support printing and output complete test data reports.
