This integrated automatic test bench integrates transformer performance testing units, precision current transformers, a medium-frequency power source, high-voltage test transformer and contactless three-phase voltage regulator. It automatically tests key transformer parameters such as no-load loss, load loss and impedance voltage with 0.05-class high measurement precision.
Supported by adjustable voltage, current and frequency output as well as stepless on-load voltage regulation, the system realizes automatic voltage stabilization via TWK control modules. Stable for long-time operation, this bench fits factory inspection, laboratory research and routine detection of transformers.

This test system supports full computer control via mouse or touch screen, while reserving manual operation functions. All test data is automatically saved and uploaded to test reports. Original records can be quickly recalled by entering the data serial number. After users input transformer capacity and high/low voltage parameters, the system automatically selects and switches CT/VT gears, adjusts the voltage regulator speed, and stops precisely at rated voltage or current. It also features automatic data locking, report uploading, one-click report printing, and full automatic system reset after testing.
