The company launches the new-generation HF-TC-641 Series Automatic PQ Ferrous Wear Meter. Integrated with multiple technologies and professional algorithms, the instrument features ultra-high sensitivity and repeatability. It can accurately measure the concentration of ferromagnetic wear debris in various oil samples within seconds. Test results are directly presented as concentration values (mg/L or ppm) for easy reading and analysis. It has been widely used globally in defense, aerospace, marine, power, petrochemical, metallurgy, mining, highway transportation and many other industries.
Instrument Features
- High signal-to-noise ratio. Multiple measures are adopted to eliminate interferences from oil matrix, non-ferromagnetic & non-metallic particles, temperature and other factors. The minimum detection limit reaches 1 ppm, superior to other ferrous content testing instruments. Excellent measurement repeatability enables early detection of abnormal equipment wear.
- Ultra-fast measurement. It generates test data within seconds after sample loading, suitable for high-volume sample testing.
- Simple operation. Operators can master the instrument within minutes without professional training.
- On-site testing available. Compact, small-size and vibration-resistant design supports rapid detection under harsh field conditions.
- Compatible with diverse samples. It analyzes ferrous content in mineral oils, synthetic oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils and lubricating greases.
- Safe & eco-friendly. No sample pretreatment or cleaning solvents required. It causes no health hazards to operators.
- Operation software: Chinese & English interfaces optional, runs on Windows system, with functions of data recording, query, calibration and trend analysis.
