Overview

This tester adopts 5.0V constant voltage excitation to power the 1–5K pressure sensing resistance bridge. An external 24-bit high-precision A/D converter collects data under the unified 5.0V reference.
Users can select various measurement modes via Chinese & English bilingual software menus. Processed data is displayed on a high-brightness green 12864 dot matrix self-luminous OLED screen. It is equipped with buzzer reminder, dedicated green OK indicator and red OUT indicator to show test pass/fail results. It is special measuring equipment for verifying whether contact pressure of power equipment meets specifications.

Operating Modes

Three measurement modes are available for displaying contact pressure: Manual Trigger, Auto Mode and Continuous Mode.
After power-on, the instrument reads comparison type and upper/lower limits from 24LC64 into RAM to judge if contact pressure is qualified.

Qualified: Buzzer sounds continuously for 0.5s, OK green light stays on, measured value is displayed on the main screen.
Unqualified: Buzzer beeps three short rapid times, OUT red light stays on for alarm, measured value is displayed on the main screen.
