HF-LT-308 Digital Insulation Resistance Meter
This Digital Insulation Resistance Meter delivers stable and precise insulation resistance measurement for cables, motors, transformers and high-voltage equipment. It helps detect insulation aging and defects effectively to prevent electrical breakdown and guarantee power system safety.
Send your requirements, we will quote for you within 12 hours
The HF-LT-308 Digital Insulator Tester is mainly used for offline insulation resistance measurement of insulators to ensure reliable and safe operation of transmission lines. It can also work as a general megohmmeter to test insulation strength of other high-voltage electrical equipment.
The tester effectively detects hidden internal faults inside insulators and improves the reliability of power grids and work efficiency for field crews. It delivers simple, fast and quantitative resistance measurement for each insulator. It can identify insulators with leakage current that have not broken down and are at critical failure status. Measurement data is displayed in real time, and an audible alarm triggers automatically for low-value insulators below 300 MΩ.
Applicable Users
Power utilities, rural power transmission departments, large industrial and mining enterprises, research institutions and maintenance companies. It serves as professional testing equipment for insulator inspection in power systems.
Features
This digital insulator tester adopts combined digital-analog dual circuit design. It supports alarm for zero-value and degraded insulators and auto power-off function (power needs to be toggled again after auto shutdown). Multiple humanized upgrades on internal and external structure improve operability, practicality and reliability.
Compact and user-friendly for operation on transmission towers and poles:
- Housing injection-molded with high-insulation modified ABS material.
- Small size and light weight; dimensions 185mm×83mm×30mm, weight approx. 300g.
- Stable high voltage output; powered by only four AA batteries, with 5-minute auto power-off without operation.
- Supports single-hand operation during testing.
- Digital display ensures accurate, stable and intuitive readings.
