What to include in your inquiry

The more of the following you can tell us, the more specific our first reply can be. If you do not have all of it, send what you have — we will ask for the rest.

• The application — what the equipment will be used on: transformer, switchgear, cable, protective relay, motor or a complete substation.
• The system rating — voltage level, transformer or circuit capacity, and winding connection where relevant.
• What you need to measure or monitor — for example dissolved gas analysis (DGA), partial discharge, power quality, winding temperature, insulation resistance or protective relay settings.
• Permanent monitoring or portable testing — one is installed and left in place, the other is carried to site for surveys and commissioning checks. If you are not sure which fits, describe the symptom instead: what fails, when, and what changed on site beforehand.
• Quantity and destination country — these drive the configuration, the documentation and the shipping method.
• Any standard or approval the project requires — IEC, IEEE, EN or national standards, plus the documentation your customer expects to receive.

How an inquiry is handled

• Review — we read the application details above against what the project actually needs, instead of quoting a stock item.
• Configuration — we propose a specific instrument or system: measurement parameters, channel count, mounting and communication where the monitoring is permanent. Our partner factories support customised parameters, cabinet size and function configuration to match different national power standards.
• Quotation and shipping — a quotation with the payment terms your order requires (T/T, L/C at sight), and sea, air or railway shipping.

Every unit is verified, tested and documented before it ships. Exported units are supplied with English operation manuals, remote video support and a one-year warranty.
