Lead time
Lead time is confirmed per order. It depends on the model, the quantity and the manufacturer’s current production schedule, so we state it in writing on the quotation rather than quoting a blanket figure.
Payment terms
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
Packing
Instruments are packed to meet standard transport requirements. For sea freight we also seal the packing and add moisture protection, because condensation in a container is the usual cause of damage to electronic test instruments in transit.
Carrier and delivery terms
Carrier, freight and delivery terms are confirmed with the quotation for each order.

Quotation response
Quotations are answered within 12 hours. Prices and terms are stated on the quotation; nothing is added after the order is confirmed.
