Overview

The high current temperature rise tester checks thermal performance of power electrical products. It supplies adjustable and stable high current to simulate rated and overload conditions, and monitors temperatures of contacts, terminals, busbars and other conductive components in real time. Featuring closed-loop constant current control and multi-channel temperature measurement, it automatically records data until thermal equilibrium. Suitable for circuit breakers, switchgears, bus ducts, transformers and cable fittings. It supports type tests, factory inspections and on-site acceptance. Compliant with IEC and national standards, it verifies temperature rise limits, detects poor contact and heat dissipation defects, and ensures reliable operation of power equipment.

Functions & Features

  1. Equipped with high-performance industrial PC and Siemens PLC as core processor. It scans AC signals continuously to realize full monitoring and closed-loop control. Password management is configured; only authorized operators can access specific functions.
  2. Adopts imported 10-inch true-color PC touch screen. Intelligent sensors supporting fieldbus achieve fully digital data transmission. The touch color LCD display features full Chinese menu with intuitive interface for simple operation. No auxiliary equipment required; fully automatic control for easy operation.
  3. HF-HG-310 supports automatic and manual test modes. Users only need to set test current and duration. Built-in automatic current stabilization system.
  4. Set target current without continuous manual supervision. Parameters including test duration, current and step values are configurable, eliminating manual voltage adjustment, data logging and curve plotting. After test completion, data can be uploaded to computer for review.
  5. Auto alarm upon limit violation. Reliable protection against overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage and phase loss. The AC voltage regulator features dual protection: microcomputer automatic protection and mechanical limit switches, ensuring stable power supply and improved safety & reliability.
  6. User-friendly full Chinese interface. The software supports data recording, storage of current & temperature values, data management, report generation and printing. It visually displays data and analysis results. During testing, it automatically follows target current, adjusts three-phase output and returns output to zero after test completion.
  7. The adjustable AC constant current source complies with GB 7251.1 ~ GB 7251. It is suitable for temperature rise tests of low-voltage switchgear assemblies (GCK, MNS and other multi-output control cabinets). Multiple constant current sources can run synchronously for parallel temperature rise tests.
  8. Built-in three-phase automatic balancing system to guarantee balanced three-phase output. Current sampling uses 0.2S-class current transformers. Adopting advanced power electronics technology, it delivers strong anti-interference and high output precision up to 0.5 class.
  9. Built-in precision adjustment function for user calibration. Programmable AC constant current source supports intelligent full-range calibration and automatically generates multi-segment correction coefficients to guarantee current stabilization accuracy.
