HF-TC-634 Transformer Short Circuit Impedance Tester
Transformer Short Circuit Impedance Tester accurately measures short-circuit impedance and voltage of power transformers. It effectively judges winding deformation, displacement and loose structure after short-circuit impact, supporting field testing, routine maintenance and post-fault assessment for transformers in substations and power plants.
Send your requirements, we will quote for you within 12 hours
Short-circuit impedance is a critical parameter of transformers. The short-circuit impedance method serves as a conventional means to judge winding deformation. In accordance with GB1094.5-2003 and IEC60076-5:2000, the variation of short-circuit impedance is the criterion for identifying transformer winding deformation. Significant impedance changes usually indicate winding displacement, distortion or loose internal structure caused by short-circuit impact. Our HTZ-2 Transformer Short Circuit Impedance Tester delivers accurate, stable field measurement, supporting automatic three-phase testing, data storage and on-site printing. It is widely adopted for factory acceptance, routine substation maintenance and post-fault diagnosis of power transformers.
Features
- HF-TC-634 Transformer Short Circuit Impedance Tester can measure transformer short-circuit impedance, short-circuit reactance and three-phase impedance voltage.
- It displays measured parameters including voltage, current, power and frequency for each test.
- Measurement can be completed merely with single-phase AC220V power supply.
- Test power supports internal power source and external power source; the internal power source is the working power of the instrument, and the external power can be input via voltage regulator.
- Simple and convenient wiring. It automatically completes three-phase measurement with one-time wiring and startup, and directly displays test results.
- Automatic frequency correction eliminates errors caused by frequency fluctuation.
- Built-in non-volatile memory can store thousands of groups of test results for long-term data preservation.
- Large LCD screen with full Chinese menu and operation prompts for intuitive operation.
- Thermal printing function with fast printing speed and low noise.
- Permanent calendar and clock function.
