Functional Features
HF-WC-630 handheld dual-terminal ground loop impedance tester supports two test modes: conventional loop resistance mode and intelligent test mode. The intelligent test mode further includes direct clamp meter measurement, single-side shunt mode and double-side shunt mode.
The conventional loop resistance mode requires disconnecting one side of the ground connection of the tested switch to avoid shunt interference from the grounding grid. The intelligent test mode has two measurement forms. The direct clamp meter mode directly acquires the actual current of the tested loop via current sensors. The single-side / double-side shunt mode adds one or two current sensors. Based on Ohm’s law, it can accurately measure the loop resistance of switches or disconnecting switches without removing ground connections, enabling simple and efficient testing.

Test Principle
