This multi-functional device integrates various measurement capabilities. It checks the accuracy of main transformer differential protection and bus differential protection via phase verification; measures essential power system parameters; inspects wiring connections of three-phase three-wire energy meters; tests voltage and current harmonic contents on site; and serves as a simple oscilloscope to observe waveform curves.
Equipped with DSP synchronous sampling technology, it simultaneously collects 3-channel voltage and 6-channel current analog quantities, realizing 9-channel vector simultaneous display. Adopting self-developed handheld structure with high-strength engineering plastic, the device is sturdy, lightweight and easy to operate, perfectly suited for field power maintenance work.
Main Functions
- Simultaneous vector display of 3 voltages and 6 currents, an original domestic design. Only one wiring session is needed to draw the hexagon diagram for differential protection, and the dual-clamp method can be applied for multiple measurements to obtain a complete hexagon diagram under narrow and hard-wiring conditions.
- Wiring is completed via clamp-on current transformers without disconnecting the power circuit, ensuring convenient and safe operation.
- Vector analysis for complex relay protection devices can be performed to judge wiring correctness and generate standard correct wiring diagrams for comparison.
- Conventional power parameter measurement: it displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase active/reactive power and phase angles synchronously, and directly reads primary side voltage, current and power values of current transformers.
- Checks wrong wiring of three-phase three-wire high-voltage metering devices, analyzes 48 types of wiring modes and outputs accurate judgment results, effectively preventing electricity charge loss caused by altered meter wiring and electricity theft.
- On-site harmonic measurement is supported; it analyzes harmonics from the 2nd to 21st order and automatically calculates total harmonic distortion rate.
- Large-screen high-brightness color LCD, full Chinese graphical menu and touch silicone buttons deliver comfortable operation. The wide-temperature liquid crystal screen adjusts brightness automatically to adapt to temperature changes all year round.
- Powered by large-capacity lithium battery, it works continuously for up to 8 hours.
- Test data can be stored for unified management, filing and inquiry, with a storage capacity of more than 200 groups of records.
- Saved data can be uploaded to background management computers for comprehensive analysis and review.
- Built-in perpetual calendar and clock module displays the test date and time in real time.
- Compact size and light weight, convenient for field carrying and usage.
- A reserved USB interface allows data export via USB flash drives and other mobile storage devices.
